Suspected ISIS commander detained in Hungary

Hungarian authorities detained a man they identify as Hassan F. who according to Belgian authorities served as an ISIS commander near Homs, led the destruction of dozens of villages and stands accused of numerous beheadings. He travelled with an apparently forged Greek passport and a prepaid refugee debit card issued in Greece with 500 Euros.
In Magyar Nemzet, Zsolt Bayer fulminates against European elites who refuse to see the dangers inherent in uncontrolled immigration from war-torn regions. In an age when our shopping activities and social media contacts are meticulously recorded, he finds it unacceptable that masses of migrants should be let into European countries without being properly identified. He predicts that the ‘imbecile West’ will believe Hassan F’s story that he is an innocent and illiterate refugee who, on top of it all, is a Greek secret agent. Just as they believed in the innocence of Ahmed H, (another Syrian who in 2015 threw stones at Hungarian police and encouraged, equipped with a loudspeaker, crowds of migrants who attempted to force their way through the Hungarian border), and blamed the Hungarian authorities for putting him on trial.
